Nothing is safe on FF@. Nothing. Nope. Not even furled leaders.
And yes, I'm sure there's a Nietzsche joke in here somewhere :)

Richard Black set forth to go angle;
And saw that his leader did dangle.
He made one by furling
And ended up hurling
A furlong of line in a tangle

With the end of the semester, there's a free afternoon for grading, and librarians, like me, have none of that do to. Instead, I thought I'd pass along the following, dedicated to those furled leader makers who are on this list ...
And, yes, I have had many/ plenty/ an amazing number of people ask what a "furl" is... hence this little poem.
Keep in mind that I'm not a poet ;-)

He furled his brow
As she furled her sail
And stepped from boat to land.
What was that gear
Furled on her back
Then spread upon the sand?
From his post
Furlongs apart,
He saw both reel and line.
Her furlough ashore
Was meant to be
One of the fishing kind.
She wore an air
Heíd seen before.
He knew no fish could heed her,
For on her line,
Its threads entwined,
A furled fishing leader!
