As I'm wandering back into camp Friday morning someone comes up and says "Man, the bear just got Tim's turkey and the cubs were making a huge ruckus, you just missed it!" It seems TimBob had done gone and left an ice chest unsecured overnight, and the next morning Momma Bear had plenty to be thankful for.
We were going to award this during the Saturday Evening Festivities at Pettecote Junction, but someone decided to fish all night and never showed up at the pavilion. Without further ado, here is TimBob Boothe's Golden Turkey Award, to commemorate his NEC X Dogpatch camp stewardship.

Brenda Sharpe found the bear in the Waterville PA Country Store and had the foresight to buy it. Missy Tinling crafted the golden turkey from her daughter Lillian's Playdough.
